This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and LinkFreak ("we," "us," or "our") for the use of our QR Code Generator service ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, LinkFreak grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal or business purposes.

The Service, including all associated intellectual property rights, is and shall remain the exclusive property of LinkFreak. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks, or any other rights in respect to the Service.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant LinkFreak a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LINKFREAK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LINKFREAK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
